This rate does not include accommodation. To be eligible for the student rate, a copy of student ID or proof of student status is required. It should be sent by post or email to the conference administrator after you make a payment (see address below).
Conference dinner
(Loseley Park on 29 June)

Dinner places at Loseley Park are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. This amount includes transport.

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATIONS – Registration payment for presenters MUST be received by 30 April 2010. All other registration payments must be received no later than 18 June 2010.

CANCELLATIONS - If the notice of cancellation is received between 1 April and 17 May, we will refund 50% of the conference fee. No refunds will be given after this date. It is strongly recommended that participants take out the neccessary insurance to cover loss of fees for whatever reason.

DELEGATE REQUIREMENTS (dietary needs/ disabled access) - Please indicate any requirements when you register online.
