HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

Hotel Accommodation Booking and Payment
Hotel accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking. Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis. Requests received after 20 December 2003, will not be guaranteed.

Availability of rooms in each category is limited. Names of persons sharing rooms must be stated. All prices are per room per night including services charges and VAT. Accommodation reserved through PREMIUM UK will be confirmed only if the reservation is guaranteed by credit card or full pre-payment by Cheque or Bank Draft (per attached Accommodation Form).

Full payment will be deducted from your Credit Card on 20 December 2003, in order to confirm the booking for the full stay. We will then issue a hotel voucher as confirmation of your booking, which you will present to the reception staff upon check-in at the hotel.

Confirmation
A guarantee by credit card is required for hotel reservation. A confirmation of reservation will be sent by e-mail to those who have guaranteed their booking. Your credit card details will be registered but no debit will be made until 20 December 2003.

Hotel Cancellations and Refunds
In case of cancellation up to 29 December, the amount of GBP 30.00 will be debited from your credit card for administrative costs. After this date, full cancellation charges may apply if we are not able to re-sell the room.
A handling fee of GBP 20.00 per room will be charged for every change received after 31 December 2003.
