The University has a central Box Office situated at the Reception Desk of the ground floor of Senate House (adjacent to the lake). All bookings should be made through the University Box Office either by credit card or cheque with a banker's card (please note no cash transactions). Postal bookings should also be sent to the Box Office - please enclose an SAE and make cheques payable to the University of Surrey. The Box Office offers credit card facilities, but will not accept cash transactions. Tickets bought at the door may be purchased with cash or cheques, but there are no credit card facilities available on-the-door at University venues.
Note: The Box Office does not currently operate at weekends but enquiries left on the Music Department answerphone (01483 686517) will be dealt with approximately two hours before each event.

How to find the Performing Arts Technology Studios (PATS)
From the main car park - As you leave the car park on foot, the PATS building is diagonally to your front and right. Walk back along the main road until you see a large field, with the PATS building beyond it. The entrance is up steps or a ramp beneath a glass canopy.
From Senate House - walk through Senate Car Park and turn left up the Spine Road. The PATS building with its glass entrance canopy will be on your left.
Parking
Parking is free on campus after 5 pm and at weekends.
