For videos, DVDs, and resources containing CDs, VAT is charged at the current rate of 17.5%.

Please allow 28 days for delivery.

Please note: The NRCD is a small organization, and sales are handled by one part-time member of staff. While every effort is made to send orders as quickly as possible, during busy periods, delivery may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience.

Cheques and postal/money orders: required for orders totalling less than £100. Must be in pounds sterling and payable to UNIVERSITY OF SURREY.

Invoice: for UK organizations only and for orders of £100 and above. Institutional orders for less than £100 should be accompanied by a cheque. Individuals cannot be invoiced.

Credit/debit card payment: Please complete the credit/debit card section of the order form and sign it to authorise order.

Overseas payment:
(1) Payment may be made by bank transfer to the University of Surrey, National Westminster Bank, University of Surrey branch. Please quote sort code 60-09-50, account number 58080716, reference NRCD.
(2) Payment may also be made by pounds sterling cheque made payable to the UNIVERSITY OF SURREY.

UK: Most prices include postage and packing; if additional postage is required it is indicated. The cost of videos distributed for other organizations includes a special delivery fee since, without this, the NRCD can take no responsibility for loss or damage.

Overseas: Please add 20% to total cost of the order for overseas postage (except where overseas postage is given separately). It is recommended that overseas packages are insured at an additional cost of £4. The NRCD cannot take responsibility for uninsured packages.
