Planning a visit

The University Archives are available to all University staff and students and to members of the public. All visits must be by prior appointment giving information on the nature and subject of research. We are open Mondays- Thursdays 10am -12.30pm and 1.30pm – 4.00pm

We are located on the ground floor of the library, opposite the ground level entrance. Non-members of the University should report to the ground level  reception desk on arrival. 

Visitors are asked on their first visit to complete a registration form giving contact details, subject of research and a declaration agreeing to comply with research room regulations. Proof of identity will also be required - either a campus card for University members or a public utility bill or drivers licence. All visitors will be asked to sign the register for each session they attend.
