Couple And Family Flats

The University has over 68 self-contained furnished flats and houses for students with dependants. Family accommodation is located in the Courts of Residence on Campus, at our new Manor Park Residences and at Hazel Farm.

How To Apply

Demand for University family accommodation always exceeds supply and we regret that we are unable to guarantee availability. The maximum stay in family accommodation is two years.
  • Applications are accepted at any time. 
  • Applications from new students cannot be processed until a place on a course is confirmed and where applicable, course fees have been paid. 

To apply, either request an application from, or collect one from the Accommodation Office. Return your completed form to the Accommodation Office. If you have any questions please contact the Accommodation Office.
