Visitor Rooms

The University has a limited number of rooms on Campus for visitors staying for short periods of time. Visitors range from guests of students to new members of staff and visiting academics. The rooms are popular and we would recommend booking well in advance to avoid disappointment.

The rooms vary in size and price but are all ‘room only’ and no meals are included. There are restaurants and shops on Campus.

We regret that it is not possible for visitors to access the Internet via the data sockets in guest rooms unless the University department they are visiting has arranged a Surrey login and password.

Prices from September 2011 are shown below, including VAT. Payment is normally collected at the time of booking.

  • Standard single with wash basin: £26.00 per day (£156.00 per week)
  • Ensuite single with private shower and toilet: £50.50 per day (£303.00 per week)
  • Ensuite double with private shower and toilet: £67.50 per day (£405.00 per week)
