Knowledge Transfer Partnerships

Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP's) are designed to enable stable UK based organisations to improve their competitiveness and productivity through the better use of the knowledge, technology and skills that are available within UK Universities.

KTP’s have been running for over 37 years and are one of the most successful business support programmes in Europe funded by the Technology Strategy Board with various other funding organisations.

The aim of Knowledge Transfer Partnerships is to stimulate innovation in order to strengthen the competitiveness and wealth creation of the UK.  KTP’s provide resources and expertise to dynamic organisations who wish to innovate, expand or improve their business.

KTP’s also provide industry based training and development to graduates.
