Civil Engineering student Philip Bates awarded a RAEng Leadership Advanced Award
Philip applied for the award as a Level P student on a 5 year MEng programme where the Academy are looking for Engineering Leaders with ambition to be project managing within 5 years.
Following the application stage, 70 were invited to interview. Philip was interviewed by one of Shell’s senior people and he was one of 40 to get the award.
