Our media star is Mike Frazer (Civil Eng Level 2) - Mike is an extremely active member and president of MAD TV and was nominated for no fewer than 3 awards individual awards: Best Society Committee Member, Best Society President and Student Media award. Mike was the award winner of the Student Media Award. We should also congratulate Mike and MAD Soc for winning in three further categories: Arts Society of the Year, Special Interest Society of the Year and Society of the Year.

Congratulations go to Chem Soc for winning the Departmental Society of the Year Award.

Finally, two of the three members of staff nominated by students for the Academic Staff Member of the Year are from the Division: Dr Norman Kirkby (Chem Eng) and Colin Howard (Civil Eng).
