Dr Prashant Kumar wins Glory of India Award

Congratulations to Civil Engineering academic Dr Prashant Kumar who has been awarded the Glory of India Award.

Dr Prashant Kumar received a ‘Glory of India Award & Certificate of Excellence’ at a glittering ceremony and banquet in London on 25th September 2010. The ceremony was organised by the India International Friendship Society (IIFS), an organisation of international repute and influence, and was attended by members of parliament and dignitaries from the UK and overseas.

The award is given annually to individuals working across the globe in different areas in recognition of their sterling merit and exceptional contributions to their respective professions. Dr Kumar won this award in the category of science, education and research for his individual excellence and stupendous contribution.
