Aim

Celebrate Surrey – Inspire, Change, Discover, Engage, aims to encourage a culture of two-way conversations between university staff and students, and people outside the university. The University of Surrey makes a significant contribution to intellectual life, the arts, sports and well-being. Our ambition is to raise awareness of the many opportunities that already exist and to encourage a greater understanding among the local community of the ways in which the University of Surrey benefits the area and the region.

The programme of events, many of them free, offers exciting opportunities for staff, students and members of the wider community to experience and learn more about what we do best.

Success Stories

Surrey’s recent success stories have included upward mobility in the university league tables, staff and student academic success and the award of the Queen’s Anniversary Prize for Higher Education.
