Mauritius arrive for Paralympic Games Training Camp
Wednesday 15 August 2012
A team of swimmers have arrived at Surrey Sports Park ahead of the London 2012 Paralympic Games.
Mauritius are the final team to take part in a pre-Games training camp at Surrey Sports Park, following the 16 other nations that have used the University of Surrey-owned venue this summer.
They are not the first Paralympic athletes to train at the Sports Park either after Sweden visited for swimming and table tennis events in July.
Following the massive success of the Olympic Games, eyes are now turned to the Paralympics which begin on 29 August. Popularity has risen over the last few weeks for tickets to the Games as more and more people want a taste of London 2012 fever if they missed out last time.
Despite the demand for seats, tickets are still available via the London 2012 ticketing website for many sessions within the Olympic Park and around London.
