Gillian Lord awarded poster prize

On 4th July 2012 three PhD students in Prof Neil Ward's group (Hannah Farnfield, Gillian Lord and Andrea Petronda) attended the Biennial National Atomic Spectroscopy Symposium at the University of Surrey.
The theme of this meeting was 'Clinical, Environmental and Nutritional Investigations of Trace Elements and Human Health'. Gillian Lord received a prize for her poster 'Geothermal Bathing - A Potential Risk of Arsenic Exposure'. She receives a year's free subscription to JAAS.
