Jon will tell us how a technology supplier has successfully coped with the challenge of evolving what has been seen as legacy technology, with a customer base at risk of declining, into a successful platform which is being used to solve some of the most difficult problems in commercial computing.
InterSystems was at one time the leading vendor in the Mumps (medical information systems) marketplace. This presentation shows how basic design principles from the early days of Healthcare Computing are now being used to solve difficult problems across various fields in commercial and scientific computing such as Rapid data persistence, NoSQL and Semantic analysis. This has resulted in InterSystems growing into a $325M company that is continuing to expand at a rapid rate.
Attendance Certificates will be available at this event for inclusion in your Professional Development Portfolio
