Information Security Person of the Year

Adrian Seccombe, a long time collaborator with the Department and former graduate of Surrey, has recently been awarded “Information Security Person of the Year” by SC Magazine. The award recognises Adrian’s long commitment to information asset management and thinking about how information can be protected and secured.
Up until the end of last year, Adrian was the Chief Information Security officer for Eli Lilly. He has now decided to help the next generation of IT consultants by imparting his knowledge and experience through teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate modules.
