Congratulations to our prizewinners this year who received their prizes from Professor Anthony Ho, Head of Department, at a ceremony in Wates House.
They are:
The Sheppard Memorial Prize: a £50 cheque awarded for outstanding performance in second year of CIT: Kayleigh Harris
IBM Best Overall Performance: £150 for the best overall performance by a male student at Level 1 in any Computing Undergraduate programme: Stefan Saftescu
IBM Best Overall Performane: £150 for the best overall performance by a female student at Level 1 in any Computing Undergraduate programme: Marianna Hajiantonis
The Pearson Education Prize: Books to the value of £100 for best overall performance in Level 2: Giang Tran Hoa and Vedika Dalmia
IBM ThinkPad Challenge Prize Best Group Work: £100 for the best project work, this prize allows the winning group to enter the Challenge and is split equally between group members: James Mugliston, Daniyar Nurgaliyev, Hoang Long Tran and Robert Fawn
