Prof Yaochu Jin has given an invited talk at the Workshop on Development and Learning in Artificial Neural Networks (DevLeaNN) held in Paris, October 27-28, 2011. DevLeaNN is a two-day workshop devoted to showcasing the current state-of-the-art at the intersection of development and learning in artificial neural network design. The workshop was organised by the Institute of Complex Systems (ISC-PIF), Paris, France.
