Prof Yaochu Jin has been awarded a grant for a 3-year PhD studentship in Computational Intelligence by the Honda Research Institute Europe (HRI-EU) in Offenbach, Germany. The PhD candidate will have the opportunity to be placed at the HRI-EU for 1-2 months each year during the PhD study.

HRI-EU is one of three fundamental research institutes of Honda worldwide. HRI-EU aims for a better understanding and successful applications of intelligent systems in engineering and business.
