Alan Woodward commented for BBC on 'Red October' cyber-attack

Alan Woodward, a cyber security expert and a visiting professor of the Department, commented for BBC on the recently discovered new malware 'Red October' which has launched cyber attacks against government institutions in many countries since 2007. A unique feature of the malware is that it also collects files encrypted by Cryptofiler, an encryption program widely used by intelligence agencies in the past.
