Biography
Po-Chou works at Taiwan's communications regulator, the National Communications Commission, responsible for formulating regulatory policy for communications services. In Jan. 2012, the Taiwan Government sent him here to conduct PhD cloud computing research.
Research Interests
Po-Chou is interested in exploring the greater potential of cloud computing use cases in a digital home environment.
