What's your day job?

I work as a senior researcher at the Centre for Communication Systems Research.  My research focuses on enabling technologies such as the Internet of Things - I explore how things can take to each other and understand their surroundings in order to make our environments smarter.

What did you do before you came to Surrey?

I was studying and working as a researcher in various places such as Ireland, Japan, California and Germany.

What do you do when you're not at work?

I like to read, mix music and travel to see new places - I have a young baby boy which currently uses up all my spare time.
