Where do you live? 

Wardens House, Stag Hill Court.

What’s your day job?

 I am a Professor in Space Vehicle Control at the Surrey Space Centre, Department of Electronic Engineering working on various satellite research projects. I am involved in aerospace teaching, supervision of student projects and have a large group of PhD students and postdocs.

What did you do before you came to Surrey?

 I came to Surrey in 1999 as a PhD student and been here ever since! Before that I did my university education in aerospace engineering in Canada, France and USA.

What do you do when you’re not at work? 

I live with my family, my wife Eirini who works at the Languages department and our near 2 year son Yiannis. You will see us taking walks on campus, playing football with Yiannis and flying small remote control planes/helicopters out and about!
