Groups and Workshops

Participating in a group or workshop brings the opportunity to explore themes or learn skills for wellbeing in the company of others. Everyone in a group is interested in similar issues. Group members can therefore offer each other mutual support and understanding, and learn from each other. It can be helpful to find out that you are not alone in having a particular concern.

We run a full and varied programme of groups and workshops on different themes throughout the year, such as relaxation, self-esteem, creative self-expression, work block, mindfulness, motivation and more. For more information take a look at our current workshop programme.
