What is self esteem and how can you increase it?

Healthy self-esteem and self acceptance can help us stay happier, weather life’s difficulties and realise goals. This group will offer support and practical ways to build self-esteem and increase our satisfaction with life. This is an ongoing group, so please aim to attend all 5 sessions. The dates for this course are: 22nd, 29th February, 7th, 14th, 21st March.
