Learn skills and techniques to help you manage stress and worry.

This course is designed for students who struggle to manage worry and stress. It helps students to test beliefs about the helpfulness of worrying and offers a ‘tool-kit’ of strategies to deal with worry and stress, including skills to identify unhelpful worries, and to learn techniques such as time management and problem solving. The dates for this course are: 9th, 16th, 23rd March. Please make sure that you can attend all 3 sessions.
