Stress reduction 4 week course.
Mindfulness is a way of approaching life in a different way, by learning skills and attitudes to face everyday challenges with more ease and a sense of choice. This 4 week course will introduce you to a selection of mindful meditation based practices to help you be more aware, more relaxed and more fulfilled in all aspects of your life. The dates for this course are: 15th, 22nd, 29th February & 7th March. Please make sure that you are able to attend all 4 sessions.
