Join us on a lunchtime wellbeing walk in our green spaces.
Being in touch with nature is one of the ways we can come home to ourselves and embody wellbeing. Wellbeing is promoted by developing the mutual connection between ourselves and nature. Through learning to care and connect with the natural environment we learn to care for ourselves. Please join us in waling and spending time in our green spaces at the University.
