Mr Duncan Sellers

Biography

I initially trained as a Social Worker, practicing in medical and mental health settings. After exploring a range of different psycho-therapeutic styles I opted to train in Integrative Psychotherapy and have continued to develop this integration over the last 15yrs.

My practice is grounded in the principles of mindfulness, which I was introduced to 30yrs ago though the Soto Zen Tradition.
One of my prime motivations for this work is my belief in the empowering and liberating potential of understanding and self knowledge.
