Miss Zoe Shobbrook

Biography

My background was in theatre and the arts. I continue to be inspired by the therapeutic benefits of creative exploration and expression which I use in my work here with groups and individuals.

Prior to training as a counsellor I also travelled in Asia where I became interested in mindfulness and spirituality. My humanistic approach is based on the belief that insight and compassion enable growthful change. I am an accredited counsellor/psychotherapist registered with the BACP.
