Legal information
Centre staff can assist with legal problems, including issues with landlords or employers e.g. basic legal advice, help with correspondence and forms. If your problem needs expert legal support, we will do our best to help you find low cost legal support.

Tax
Is your employer deducting the right amount of tax from your salary? If your tax code is "BR" you may be paying too much tax. You may be due a tax refund if you have paid too much tax.
You may need advice on tax and National Insurance. A monthly tax clinic including advice from a tax inspector is offered.
