Trouble sleeping?

Whether this is a new problem or something you've been suffering with for some time, this 50 minute workshop aims to help you learn about the causes of sleep problems and different ways you can improve your sleep.

It will cover:

  • what is sleep?
  • what are the causes of common sleep problems?
  • tips for better sleep including relaxation, anxiety management and making your environment conducive to a good nights sleep
