Tinghuai (Tim) Wang last month secured a $1k student travel bursary in a highly competitive scheme to attend the IEEE Intl. Conf. on Image Process (ICIP) 2010.
Tim presented his paper on video segmentation, sponsored by Hewlett Packard Labs.
