The Surrey Sports Park has been designed to provide unrivalled provision for disability sport to enable most people to access its buildings, facilities and programmes.
The Park was selected as a training venue for the Paralympic Games as well as the Olympic Games. It has as one of its aims the goal to become the leading centre for disability sport in the UK, providing a state-of-the-art environment for national and international competitors.
Team SURTES is the University of Surrey’s in-house racing team; run by mostly engineering and business students, academic and technical staff provide guidance when required.
Every year Team SURTES seeks out to design and manufacture ever lighter, more powerful racing cars to compete in the Formula Student Competition.
