Workshop 4 will be held on February 16th, 2011, University of Surrey, Department of Economics, Room 40, starting with coffee at 11.00.  There will be three presentations of work in progress related to our ESRC project.  We are delighted to welcome Filippo  Feroni, Bank of France and CIMS, who will present a paper to a staff seminar at the end of the workshop .
