Biography
Jaideep received his BSc in Economics, Mathematics and Political Science from the University of Calcutta, and an MA in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics before completing his PhD in Economics from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid in 2001. He then undertook his post-doctoral studies at the University of Copenhagen.
He has worked in many different areas including Game Theory, Economic Theory, Political Economy and Development Economics.
Research Interests
His current research is focused around Electoral Competition, Voting and Information Transmission.
