Programmes

We offer BEng degree programmes and enhanced MEng degree programmes, all of which are available with the option of a professional training year. The modular structure provides flexibility to meet individual career aspirations, it is also possible to move between degree programmes. BEng/MEng Transfer

Direct entry to the MEng programmes requires higher entry qualifications than the corresponding BEng programmes.  Transfer from the BEng to the MEng is possible during the degree programme, depending on academic performance.  This transfer would normally happen after the end of the first year (Level 1), after the end of the second year (Level 2), or after the professional training year if a placement is taken.  Transfer is also possible from a three-year BEng or four- year MEng to the corresponding programme incorporating a professional training year.
