Biography

Alwyn’s 1st degree, from University College London, was in Philosophy; and her Surrey PhD was in Aesthetics. She lectured at Surrey for 17 years, left when she was head-hunted to be Chief Executive of two international NGOs, and has recently returned as a Research Fellow. She is a widely-published poet, has also written non-fiction books, and is Managing Editor of the publishing house, Oversteps Books Ltd.
