Biography

A former linguistics graduate from the University, Liz returned to work here part-time as an Associate Lecturer in Marketing and Language Acquisition whilst undertaking her post-graduate research. In 2001 she joined the languages team as Business Languages Co-ordinator and enjoys the mix of languages and business. Liz also has experience of setting up and running a translation service.

Liz is currently involved in ad-hoc work with schools to encourage uptake of languages as part of Routes into Languages programmes and has a wider interest in children, having many of her own!
