Dr Rosina Márquez Reiter is currently working on a project aimed at examining institutional and intercultural communication in Spanish in the context of a multinational call centre.

Dr Rosina Márquez Reiter is the Executive Editor of Spanish in Context, an international peer-reviewed journal with John Benjamins (together with Prof. O. García, Columbia University, and Prof. F. Moreno Fernández, Universidad de Alcalá de Henares ). She is an advisory board member of the Journal of Politeness Research (Mouton de Gruyter) and (occasional) reviewer for Intercultural Pragmatics, Research on Language and Social Interaction, Journal of Pragmatics, Revue Romane, Cambridge University Press, John Benjamins Publishing Company and Palgrave/Macmillan.
