‘This course is really useful, especially if you’ve never had academic study training before. The best part for me was academic writing which was structured very well, step by step, therefore, I can say that I absorbed what I was taught very well. In other words, it’s hard to forget it! The course provides: total English speaking environment, strong support from staff, students from different countries and an unforgettable social programme.’

‘I really have had huge benefits from those pre-sessional courses. I remember those days each time I write an essay or a report. I advise any student who wants to join the University of Surrey to attend these pre-sessional courses even if they have perfect English because it is not only about English, it is about meeting people, learning writing techniques and how to adapt yourself to a university environment. Thus, thank you again and again.’
