Semester Two Change of Class/Withdrawal Request

If you cannot continue your GGA course due to timetable changes in Semester 2, you may request to withdraw from the course.

Please note that your request will only be considered if there is a timetable clash with your original GGA course and if there is no other parallel GGA course available.  

Please follow the instructions below:
1. Check whether you can attend a class of the same language and level scheduled at a different time.
2. Fill-in the request form below and ask your personal tutor or departmental administrator to sign it.

Semester 2 Change of Class/Withdrawal Request Form (308.9KB - Requires Adobe Reader) 3 . Take the completed form to the Helpdesk in 15LC03.
4. You will be informed by e-mail of the outcome of your request before the start of the 2nd semester.
5. Once your request has been accepted and the withdrawal has been confirmed, you will no longer be enrolled on the course.  The course will not appear on your end-of-year transcript.
