Information for Incoming Exchange Students
The Faculty of Business, Economics and Law welcomes exchange students from across the globe for one or two semesters as part of their home University's degree programme.
As an exchange student you can choose from a wide range of undergraduate modules, covering a number of different subjects and disciplines. Whichever subjects you choose to study, you will be supported by a team of international staff with a wealth of experience.
You can check the Partner Network page to find out whether or not your home University is listed as an exchange partner. Once this is confirmed you should liaise with your University to find out if you meet with their eligibility criteria, then ask to be nominated to attend Surrey. Once we receive the nomination we will send you an application pack. For further information please follow the link How to Apply.
You can find information on the modules we offer to exchange students via the Academic Information page. You will also find a link to the University's entire module catalogue. Students coming into FBEL need to choose the majority of their modules from a specific School, but can take modules outside of the Faculty occasionally. Please email us if you would like to take modules from outside of the Faculty.
The Downloads page provides information on key dates, contacts, pre-departure information and induction timetables. You can also talk to other exchange students via our Facebook page.
We look forward to welcoming you to Surrey!
