Zdenek Kalal wins ICT Pioneer Technology competition

Congratulations to Zdenek Kalal, studying in the Centre for Vision, Speech and Signal Processing who won the ICT Pioneer Technology Everywhere competition.
Zdenek was presented with the prestigious award at the winners event held on the 23rd March, 2011 in London.
The UK ICT Pioneers competition, aims to recognise the most exceptional UK PhD students in ICT-related topics (including computer science, electronics, communications and photonics) who can innovatively demonstrate the exploitation potential of their research.
