Large Scale Transformational Change and Innovation
Headed by Dr Jane Hendy, we evaluate organisational change and innovation at macro, meso and micro levels, exploring the linkages and relationships between these levels.
We conduct research into organisational and managerial identity, identity theories, issues of hybridity and theories of interpretation and sensemaking.
Specific research themes include:
- Mergers, reconfigurations and transition management
- Telecare and telehealth
- Evidence based management practice and decision making
- Policy led change and analysis of the enactment of policy narratives (i.e. whole system working).
- Narratives and authenticity
