Managers in Health Care Organisations

Headed by Professor Terry Desombre, we are interested in the role and development of managers in health care organisations. We have recently had two NHS SDO-funded projects exploring the role of front-line managers in health organisations and also the development of different approaches to talent management and succession planning in health systems.
