RHLB
Right Hemisphere Language Battery (RHLB)
The RHLB was developed using data from a three year study of people with acute brain injury. The findings of that study are published in the following papers:
- 1988 Bryan K. Assessment of language disorders after right hemisphere damage. British Journal of Disorders of Communication, 23, 111 125.
- 1989 Bryan K. Language prosody and the right hemisphere. Aphasiology 3(4): 285 299.
The RHLB provides a comprehensive assessment of language functions that involve the right hemisphere of the brain.
The battery is now out of print but can be downloaded free of charge for use in clinic or in research. Any ‘for profit’ use of the RHLB would require a payment to the publisher.
