Biography
I work part time as a tutor and I am also a qualified and BABCP accredited Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, working part time in a primary care service delivering low intensity interventions for depression and anxiety disorders.
Previously I have worked as a mental health recovery worker and support worker I also volunteered for a mental health helpline.
Research Interests
I have an interest in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and its use in Primary care services.
Teaching
Teaching on the low intensity psychological interventions course for trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners.
Departmental Duties
Teaching on the course and a tutor providing work placement visits.
