Research Interests

MSc research – Psychological preparation for children undergoing venepuncture. Interests include children’s psychological development, adolescent care and child and adolescent mental health issues

Teaching

Across all child branch modules pre and post reg. specialist areas include Family Centred Care, Pain in infants and children, children’s psychological development, psychological care of infants and children, research with children and young people

Departmental Duties

Child Branch Leader including admissions tutor for pre reg child programmes. 

Secretary to the panel for the Maureen Wilson and Ted Adams Awards for Clinical Excellence.
