Biography
Anna Cox has ten years experience as a health researcher, predominantly in the area of psychosocial oncology. Anna joined the University of Surrey from the University of Sussex in 2007, her areas of interest include: e-technology and patient assessment, survivorship and rehabilitation, and the supportive care needs of women with ovarian cancer.
Research Interests
Anna Cox is currently working on a commissioned scoping project for INTAcare in the area of cancer assessment and rehabilitation. Anna is also a co-applicant on the REFORM study which aims to evaluate a telephone intervention as an alternative method of follow up for women with ovarian cancer, a funding application for this study has been submitted to Research for Patient Benefit, the outcome is expected in July 2009. Anna was also the researcher on the SPaCE study: supporting palliative care using e-technology.
